Especially for you is the free gift of
Salvation,if you have not already accepted
Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
Salvation is a gift from God, made available to
those who repent, believe and confess that Jesus
is Lord and that He died on the cross for our
sins and rose from the dead to save us from our
sins (Acts 16:31; Romans 10:9-10). Salvation
cannot be earned through good works or by being
a good person. It is a gift freely given to
those who willingly receive it by faith.
Steps to Salvation:
Recognize
and admit that you are a sinner.
Romans 3:23 reminds us that: “all have sinned
and come short of the glory of God.” We are also
reminded in Roman 5:8 that God loved us so much
“…that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died
for us."
Repent
of your sins. To repent simply
means to "change you heart and mind,” or to
change your course (making a 180-degree turn
away from sin, toward God).
Confess
Jesus as Lord and Savior. Romans
10:9 says, “if thou shalt confess with thy mouth
the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart
that God hath raised him from the dead, thou
shalt be saved.” Confession verbally affirms
Jesus’ authority over your life.
Prayer for Salvation
If you want to accept Jesus as your Lord and
Savior, pray this prayer:
Heavenly Father, I recognize and admit that I am
a sinner saved by your grace. I turn away from
my sins to you. I confess with my mouth, and I
believe in my heart that Jesus is Lord. I
believe He lived, died, and was raised from the
dead for my salvation. I receive my salvation
and I thank You for saving me. In Jesus' name I
pray. Amen!
If you have prayed this prayer welcome to the
family of God! So that we may rejoice with you,
and pray for you, please inform us of your
decision at: ByB_Admin@balancingblessings.com.
